Audio Systems
Basic sound system with House speakers and stage monitors, six wired and one cordless microphone.
Background
A 24'x10' LED wall is available as an optional arrangement. A backdrop can also be arranged. Discuss your requirements during your visit.
Seating
100 chairs included. Additional chairs must be arranged by the hirer with prior academy permission, up to a maximum of 350 chairs.
Seating beyond 350 chairs cannot be accommodated.

Hirers must visit Babaji Community Auditorium in person before booking. This is a non-AC auditorium within a school campus. Please inspect the stage, seating, sound facilities, makeup/preparation classroom and designated toilets to confirm the venue suits your programme.
After your visit, if you would like to proceed, Kayals Academy will share the separate booking link with fees and the request form. Availability and payment must be acknowledged by the academy before a booking is confirmed.
Arrange your venue visitOptional LED wall
A 24'x10' LED wall is available. The organiser must arrange their own operator. A backdrop can also be arranged.
Dinner & food service
Food service can be arranged. Catering remains the organiser’s responsibility, and the dining area must be left properly cleaned.
Care for the venue
A refundable caution deposit applies to bookings, subject to inspection and compliance with the venue rules. Full details are shared after your visit.

Programme duration

After the show
Total access is the programme duration (3 hrs) plus three hours. Provide entry, programme start, programme end and exit times. Programmes must finish by 9 PM. All activities, packing up and departure must be completed by 10 PM or the agreed exit time, whichever is earlier. Staying beyond 10 PM is strictly prohibited.

Important school premises rule
The auditorium is within a school campus. Only the auditorium, classroom for makeup/preparation and designated toilets may be used. All other classrooms, rooms and school areas are restricted.
No Alta inside the premises
Please do not use Alta for dancers. Use Sketch instead. school classroom being provided as the makeup room. Organisers must ensure every dancer follows this rule.
Closing time & academy permission
Programmes must finish by 9 PM. Everyone must leave by 10 PM. Complete all activities and packing up within the agreed booking period. Staying beyond 10 PM is strictly prohibited.
Any arrangements you make independently require prior permission from Kayals Academy. This includes additional fans, additional chairs, banners, equipment, lighting, sound, decorations, backdrop, LED operator, catering and other external arrangements. All such items must be arranged by the hirer, and without academy permission they are strictly not allowed.
Organisers are responsible for their performers, guests, technicians and caterers, for preventing damage, and for leaving the dining area properly cleaned after food service.
